ok...who is this?...well... Ok i agree compleatly with Kokkoii-Matoku exept i don't really like the coloring. What I do like is the way her hair is blowing in the wind. Hopefully u wanted it to look like that.

^o^ The wings you colored is nice. You need to work on the hair, and, you forgot her ears. you made her face way to long, where her mouth is, is where it should have been cut a little. Tutorials really would help you. Look at how to draw manga books, and pages it should help you alot, me just telling you won't help you. Also why is her outfit grey? Her wings, don't really look like wings, they look like, spikes coming from her back along with her tail. if she is standing stright like that, you wouldn't see minto's tail at all, unless she was, turned to the side.
